Finland:

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+2) will be shipped on the same day. Delivery time to the Helsinki metropolitan area is 1–3 business days, while deliveries to regions such as Lapland take 3–5 business days.

Europe:

Delivery time is 5–7 days.

Rest of the world:

Delivery time depends on the location, usually 2–3 weeks.

European Union: No customs or duty fees within the EU.

Rest of the world: Customs fees and import duties may apply depending on the country’s regulations. These fees are paid by the recipient.

If your order has already been processed and confirmed, changes cannot be made. However, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. Note: the buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.

Our logistics and fulfillment are managed by Åland Post Ab (Axla), with our warehouse and fulfillment based in Tuusula, Finland.
